Introducing Harvest Oils

Summers are fast approaching New Zealand…Summer time is all about get togethers, balcony parties, BBQ parties, beaches etc… I really enjoy cooking a lot. At times, I get confused on which cooking oil to use. Whether it be muffins that slip easily from their baking tray, a perfectly fried egg, the juiciest of steaks or the tastiest of dressings, oil selection is critical to their creation. Because no two oils are the same. Oils are the simplest, yet most vital ingredient to kitchen success. In today’s post I am introducing some of the recent additions to my kitchen –  Harvest Oils.

Easy Chilli Chicken | Recipe

Chilli Chicken is one of my most favorite dish ever. It reminds me of my childhood days, During Christmas, my mom and aunt cooks a variety of non veg dishes. As kids, back then we used to have Christmas vacation and it brings me those awesome childhood days where I helped my mom and aunt in chopping some of the ingredients and waiting impatiently for the yummiest food ever 🙂 My aunt used to serve this with fried rice which  I will share in another post. Very rarely, I make Chilli Chicken at my home in NZ too. My husband is a fan of non veg food just like me. I have made few changes in the regular Chilli Chicken recipe. Me and my husband are fan of spicy food and so,  ihave matched the ingredients to make it more spicy. I hope you will try this recipe and let me know whether you like it or not. Thai Green Chicken Curry | Recipe

Hi dearies. Today’s post is kind of different. While sharing my cooking experiments in instagram,  A lot of you were actually asking me to do a post about it. It was in my mind. But somehow, I never really thought of doing it as a blog post. I was initially trying to add a subdomain to my existing blog. But, For some technical reason, it was not getting loaded properly. Blame wordpress and host gator for it. Well, eventually, I would be moving all food related posts to a subdomain of this main blog..Till then, you can find all my food related posts from the tab “FOOD” in the main menu of the home page.

Let me start with one of my favorite dish ever. It’s super easy to make it. and can be served with Rice or Appam (A South Indian Breakfast dish). This is how it looks. Looks yum, isn’t it?
