This travel skincare set contains everything that you need for a quick pampering. usually, during long flights, I prefer not wear makeup. After food, I usually go to sleep wearing a sleep mask or simply place a eye gel patch underneath my eyes. This set contains a cleansing milk, 2 moisturisers (day with spf, night) & 2 sheet masks. Instead of two moisturizers, If there was a eye cream or serum + lip balm, That would have been better. Well, I got them separately from the same brand and so the set is complete!

Well, me and my mom used it yesterday and we love the results. After cleansing the face, we placed the mask on face and adjusted to fit over eyes, nose and mouth and we just went for a short nap of relaxation. After about 15-20 minutes we woke up and we felt really fresh. We gently massaged the face in circular motions. Really love the cooling and moisturising effect it has. It didn’t irritate our skin a bit.

BLUE LOTUS Cleansing Milk can be used on damp skin and you can rise off with water. Follow the pur~lisse serums and moisturizer as your preference. The fragrance of this is very pleasant. Not overpowering at all. I love that it removes light makeup. However, It’s not meant for heavy makeup removal like waterproof mascara etc. It doesn’t make your skin dry which I love about it. I always keep some cotton pads with me. The consistency of this is very runny. So, once popping it in the pouch and while taking the product each time. You have to be careful to avoid spilling.

I really love how light weight this is. It smells very pleasant and it just vanishes on to your skin. I love the fact that it evens out the skin tone. I don’t have much skin problems now. touchwood. So, I don’t know how effective it is to remove scars, acne marks and overall brightening etc. Overall, it’s a feel good serum.
I love it as much as I loved the Za Serum if you remember it. It hydrates the face really well and gives a really nice glow. It didn’t gave any breakouts neither did it irritate my skin. That’s a plus factor. I am on my mid twenties and I think this is the right time one has to introduce serums and other anti ageing products to the regular skin care routine. This is a great anti-ageing product to start with. Now, if you ask me- I don’t follow a everyday skincare routine using the same set of products. I like to switch between different products and sometimes layer different skincare products. Totally, depends on where I am and is there any specific skin concern that I have, the climate etc. It depends on a lot of factors. This serum will help you get rid of any dry areas on your face. However, for any eczema conditions and patchiness due to that, I don’t suggest you to use this.

Overall, I think this set + a blue bag is a great choice for travel. However, I do feel certain things are missing. Instead of 1 sheet mask, they could have included a mini eye cream + Lip balm in this set which makes it super travel friendly. The products are of decent size and if used everyday twice, will last for a month. Travel sets are also a great way to try the products without having to purchase the full size. The cleansing milk is very mild and it takes off light makeup. it leaves your skin smooth without stripping natural oils of your face. The delicate day/night time moisturizers + serum are a great combination to a healthy and glowy skin. If used together, brand claims that the cleanser+moisturizers+serum help in hyper pigmentation etc.
