Let me welcome 2016 by reviewing this fantastic collection- MAC Faerie Whispers Collection. It’s a collection that is inspired by the land of fairies. This collection has some unique products. This collection is available in NEW ZEALAND from tomorrow, January 4, 2016 at all M·A·C locations.

Now, lets go through the products I received for review purpose.
MAC Foiled Shadow – Joy Toy ; SRP $50.00
The Foiled Shadows are meant to be used wet or dry. When using dry- I found them to be soft and metallic an gives a deep intense look when wet. I just love the texture. it’s easy to work with and blends easily on lids. The shade I received is ‘Joy Toy’ which is a coppery shade with a pink sheen to it.
MAC Among the Fireflies Lipstick ; SRP $40.00
OMG, I just can’t tell how much I love this shade. Among the Fireflies is described as a “soft mocha with a cremesheen finish”. It’s a medium brown with warm, rosy nude tones. It’s creamy and is highly pigmented too. I have worn this shade for more than 6 hours and I found it to be moisturising too. It’s my current favorite muted brown shade that I wear almost everyday. If you are a fan of rosy brown shade- then this is a must have shade for you! Highly recommend this shade.
Overall, I think this is a great collection. But, I wish the packaging has a fairy theme too. I am sure this collection will sell out fast. So, Prepare your list now itself. I am going to pick foiled shadows from this collection.
