What MAC cosmetics claim about Vamplify – [Taken from MAC Cosmetics]
Our most dramatic lipgloss yet. Infused with a new colour-boosting technology, the formula is loaded with high-powered pigments that glisten with a delicious shine. One swipe loads lips with attitude, as a combination of lush natural oils – including coconut, sweet almond, avocado and sesame – polish with impeccable, moisturizing colour. The glossy colour wears comfortably for hours, for a look that comes on strong and doesn’t let go.
Shades I received – (L-R) : Push some buttons & What’s going on ?
A lipgloss infused with colour-boosting technology that’s loaded with pigments.
Texture is non sticky, extremely pigmented and feel very comfortable on lips. Special mention to the mix of natural oils in the ingredients. Unlike MAC’s lipglasses, they provide shine without any stickiness. They smell like vanilla! absolutely adore the shades that I received.
This is a highly pigmented formula with full coverage along with shine. The MAC Vamplify lip glosses apply so beautifully. In just a single swipe I get the opaque coverage and the applicator helps precisely line the lips and fill the color fast. I love the glossy, shiny effect. Its non sticky and not drying at all. Finish is like that of a lacquer. Staying power is pretty impressive too. it survived a full meal and stayed upto 5-6 hours on my lips.
MAC Vamlify Lipgloss is limited edition.
Push Some Buttons is a very pretty wearable intense orange-red shade. Here is how it looks on me.
Overall, I would say, these are highly pigmented glosses that are almost like liquid lipsticks! You can easily mix and match the Vamplify glosses with MAC’s lipsticks. When pairing the matte MAC lipsticks under the gloss, You get a more intensified look plus the benefits of a liquid lipstick. I am looking forward to more shades when it’s launched.
