Trilogy Mineral Radiance Mask | Review

Posted on September 29, 2015September 29, 2015 by renjianooj

Hi beautiful girls…We all love to pamper ourselves. Be it a salon facial, at home facial peels or a good massage or a weekend mask routine – Everyone will find sometime from their busy schedules for some little relaxation. In today’s post I am reviewing a kaolin clay mask from Trilogy. I have been using this since 2 months now. There are a lot of benefits if  we include a kaolin clay based face mask for your skincare routine. A good kaolin-clay mask purifies, vitalizes and boosts the cell renewal of the skin. Deep cleanses the pore and refine the skin thereby helping get rid of acne, blackheads etc.

More Pictures & my experience using this clay mask

IMG_5141
I started using trilogy products for my skincare routine. I love trilogy products as it’s formulated with all  natural ingredients. Trilogy Mineral Radiance Mask The package says this mask is a kaolin clay based face mask which also contains Rosehip oil and evening primrose and New Zealand pohutukawa.

First, Let me start with the packaging – The Trilogy Mineral Radiance Mask comes in a cardboard box with trilogy label and all ingredients , directions to use etc printed on it; Once you open the box; You get a black plastic spatula and a hard thick glass jar {60 ml of product }.

Texture, Feel & how I use this mask : Mask is a slightly thick and is dark grey in color and smells like clay. I wash my face using Trilogy balancing gel cleanser– dry my face with a cotton towel and then using the spatula I scoop a little of the product and using a flat foundation brush- apply all over my face and neck avoiding the eye area.  The face mask gives a cool sensation and gives a clay color on my skin when applied. My skin feels very soft, clean after using this. The mask dries very slowly and this clay mask is very smooth to apply and  not make your face super dry or stretched. It feels soft on skin.. I sit about like 10 minutes and then wipe off the mask using a warm cloth and then give it a final rinse with cold water in shower and use Trilogy Organic Rosehip oil + Trilogy Rosapene night cream **( I use this mask at night; Hence night cream).

Any allergy or burning after using this/ while application – I am a sensitive skin person – But this mask never irritated my skin. No burning sensation etc on face.

How many times I use this mask – I use it once a week; Mostly every Sunday night

Shelf Life –  This mask has a shelf life of 6 months –  so I suggest getting into a weekly routine of using this mask to get the most out of it..
Why I love this mask – Once washed off, my face felt radiant, fresh and glowing. draws impurities out of my skin, remove excess sebum and dead skin cells. I DID NOT experience any burning sensation or breakouts after using this. Helped me get rid of acne {I used to have little bit of acne here and there; This mask helped soothe my skin and dried out the acne faster- Helps prevent skin from further breakouts {When I used all the trilogy products for my skincare routine}.  made my skin smooth & clean. IMG_5142

Overall, a great clay mask. Completely worth the price. Energise, purify and deeply cleanse your skin with the goodness of rosehip, kaolin and pohutukawa. If your skin is sensitive to certain ingredients then check for that before buying.   Even after 10 min of applying the mask – it didn’t dry out skin/ gave any stretchy feel. Helps draw impurities out of my skin, remove excess sebum etc. I DID NOT experience any burning sensation or breakouts after using this. A mask worth trying! This is a definite repurchase product for me

** Product send by brand PR. However, my review is honest & unbiased as always
