M.A.C Haute Dogs Collection Mineralize Eye Shadow – Pure Bred | Review, Swatches, Eye look

M.A.C launched Haute Dogs, A Canine-Inspired Cosmetics Collection on September 7, 2015 at all authorized M.A.C locations. Check the details here. Aimed at celebrating the special bond between a woman and her furry best friend. Even the product names are awesome, gives you the feel of that special bond of friendship. Rare Breed, Snazzy Hound,  Lipstick Labradorable, Very Important Poodle— how cute are those names? The names alone is making me totally obsessed with this range.

In this post, I am reviewing Mineralize Eye Shadow – Pure Bred from this range. PURE BRED eye shadow has plum, silver cream, tan-gold, deep brown eye shadow colors.

MAC describes this as a powder formula of refined baked minerals that provides ultra-lightweight coverage

Six pre-filled palettes with four coordinated colours. Unlike most powders that are pressed into traditional metal pans, Mineralize Eye Shadow is moulded onto small round terracotta tiles and carefully baked for 24 hours, allowing for an exceptionally sheer and light application. Features our unique Mineral-rich Yeast Extract, a blend of 77 minerals that nourish while providing silky-smooth, buildable coverage. Apply it dry for low to medium coverage with a shimmery finish, or wet for more intense coverage and colour.

Shades – plum, silver cream, tan-gold, deep brown. All of the shades are smooth and silky and so easy to work with. Blend beautifully. Fairly pigmented too. It has a buildable coverage. Apply it dry for low to medium coverage with a shimmery finish, or wet for more intense coverage and colour. Pure Bred is just perfect.

Overall, a great quad to carry around. With beautiful shades that blend perfectly.  It has a buildable coverage.
