Directions to use
Apply a thin coat to the eyelid and blend in. allow formula to dry before applying eye shadow.
Ingredients:
Cyclopentasiloxane, Octyl Palmitate, Disteardimonium Hectorite, Dimethicone, Kaolin, Triacontanyl PVP, Propylene Carbonate, Titanium Dioxide, Barium Sulfate , Iron Oxides (CI 77491, CI 77492, CI 77499), Mica (CI 77019).

My views about the pimer
I love ELF products…and the shade I selected is golden and I like it soo much..It’s tip is almost like a liquid shadow..very soft..It didn’t irritate my eye area…I felt my eyes brightened as if I applied eye shadow..It added a glow to my crease area..and made my eye shadow application easier…shadows blended evenly…and I liked this a lot…But I feel that theres only a very lil quantity of the product ….

- can be worn alone or as base
- prepares my lids for eye shadow application
- cruelty free
- no parabens
Cons
- Quantity is very less, but for 1.50 GBP I cant complain…
