How do I use it
This device work on 2 AA batteries which are to be purchased separately.

I take off my makeup using my favorite MAC cleanse off oil , Then apply a small amount of my facial cleanser to the soft brush head and gently work it into my skin with the cleansing and polishing tool. I move the tool across my skin gently in anticlockwise motion…and let the rotating head do the magic. To exfoliate and polish theskin all-over, simply use the medium or firm brush head.

Once you get started, you can adjust your exfoliation routine according to your needs and skin type.

The Sigma Beauty Tool has 2 different rotation speeds – click the button once for regular speed and click again for high speed. If you have very sensitive skin or find that skin gets easily irritated by scrubbing, I’d recommend using the low speed setting. For my face, I stick to the soft brush with the low speed rotation and find it good enough for thorough cleansing/polishing.

I have a super sensitive skin and I found the sensitive brush also to be harsh on my skin… I started getting breakouts on the first week of using this and hence I stopped using it… I have heard from people that during the first week of using any cleansing/ polishing tool; You might get breakouts which will eventually go off  when you continue to use it…However, I was not patient enough to see if this device works wonders for my skin..So, I won’t recommend using the tool if you have a sensitive skin like me…Also, For normal skin people- I won’t recommend using the tool more than once a day as it might be too much for your skin to handle especially if you use other exfoliating skincare products too. Also, make sure to always keep your cleansing and polishing process under one minute and use your favorite moisturizer afterwards.

Overall Verdict
I am not too fond about this Sigma Cleansing and Polishing Tool. The first thing is that it obviously broke me out really badly at the beginning but since my skin is good now. Another thing I hate about this is that it is quite messy to use. When you turn it on it starts to spill foam all over the bathroom so I need to use it under the shower (away from the water, don’t worry)! Since I use it only in the shower the fact that it’s not waterproof makes me really  annoyed that it may broke!! It would’ve been also really nice if the tool had 1-2 minute timer like Mirenesse so you don’t get carried away and use it for over a minute. As I don’t like it, I sold it off during a blog sale. I prefer Clarisonic/Mirenesse to this…

Do you use any facial cleansing tool? Have you tried this one from Sigma? Do you like it?

Thanks for sharing your experience.
But do you think these electronic item work better than manual ones?

I would say i like the mirenesse / clarisonic which comes without a battery and can be charged and used….Any day, these are better than manual cleansing brushes. These polishing tools vibrate and that strokes are really good in deep cleansing your skin… 🙂
