Hi dearies….

Its ELF Mineral Booster
Mineral Booster is available in 5 shades and can be purchased from ELF website

What ELF claim about Mineral Booster
Achieve the ultimate, translucent “photo finishing touch” to your makeup, our Mineral Booster melts into your skin, infusing it with key vitamins A, B and E to promote healthier skin that’s noticeably silkier and smoother. Completely sheer and ideal for all skin tones, Mineral Booster gently absorbs oil and minimizes the appearance of wrinkles, fine lines and pores for a beautiful even finish. Wear alone or buff over our Mineral Concealer and Foundation to lend extra staying power and to achieve a professional and stunning porcelain matte look that will last all day.

Weight – Small 0.17oz (4.82g)

Weight – Large 0.63oz (17.86g)

Directions

Shake the Natural Mineral Booster back and forth to get excess loose powder into the tray. Gently glide over the powder with an e.l.f. Kabuki Brush to grab the powder, bring your brush to the cap to work in the powder to the brush, then tap off any excess. Apply to areas of the face that need coverage by working into the skin in a circular motion.

Packaging and Price

comes in a small screw top jar. Packaging is quite nice…
It comes with a price tag of 3.50 GBP
It comes with a tag of No Parabens-No preservatives- No chemical dyes
This tag attracted me the most..
let me share the snaps first

Ingredients

Corn (Zea Mays) Starch, Zinc Stearate, Magnesium Stearate, Silica, Sodium Dehydroacetate, Tocopheryl Acetate (Ve Acetate), Magnesium Ascorbyl Phospate, Retinyl Palmitate (Va Palmitate), Panthenol (Vb5), Iron Oxides (CI77491 CI77492 CI77499).

Corn Starch is a skin protectant with anti-inflammatory properties. Zinc Stearate has been found to help treat acne, eczema, and other skin diseases. Tocopheryl Acetate is a powerful vitamin E antioxidant, possessing the ability to increase the moisturization as well as help protect skin against ultraviolet damage. Retinyl Palmitate is a Vitamin A derivative that helps to reverse signs of aging. Palmitate is known to normalize skin. It will help to keep skin soft and plump. Clinical results have shown that vitamin A palmitate significantly increased skin composition to increase collagen, DNA, skin thickness, and elasticity. Panthenol is a B complex vitamin, aiding in skin moisturization.

My views about the Mineral BoosterLet me share the swatches first…

I bought the mineral booster in corrective yellow shade and absolutely am loving it….
The packaging is quite impressive…Screw top cap makes it good..and inside the small jar, there are  few holes which will help in taking the product which you need… just like any other mineral powders… packaging is smae as that of Loreal mineral powder and all…
I can see the corrective yellow powder to be very yellowish..But..Soon after blending on the skin..It gives a smooth and shiny glow…I use this to set my liquid foundation…This works truly like the translucent powder…
ELF ‘Achieve the ultimate translucent ‘photo finishing touch’ to your make up…Mineral Booster gently absorbs oil and minimizes the appearance of wrinkles, fine lines and pores for a beautiful even finish.  Wear alone or over make up to lend extra staying power and to achieve a professional and stunning porcelain matte look that will last all day….Good claim right..
It is a good product I must say…
Also..I use this to give my skin a healthy glow after putting in my tinter moisturiser… It is really great:) It controls oil šŸ™‚ I don’t put this powder all over my face.. I dab it onto areas where I need oil control…as well as on my cheek bones… etc… I need a very lil product …
If you take too much of this product..You will end up looking cakey…Now the important thing is.. how it use the mineral based products without spilling and fall outs… What I do is.. I shake the jar upside down and take some powder on the black top of  it and apply using my flat powder brush….Once you use this product..You will understand how good this is…

Pros

  • good packaging
  • no parabens
  • translucent
  • controls oilness of the skin
  • doesn’t dry or leave your skin cakey(if adequate amount of the product is used)
  • It stays on for a long time…
  • photo friendly..doesn’t leave tht white patch on ur face in photos…
  • great value for the price
  • good for skin(Its key ingredient is Corn Starch which is a skin protectant with anti-inflammatory properties. Zinc Stearate has been found to help treat acne, eczema, and other skin diseases)
  • full list of ingredients is mentioned
Cons
  • I cant find any other cons other than availability in India…
Will I repurchase
yes I will…

Have you tried ELF mineral booster, If yes, Which shade…Do you like it….Share your opinion about the product…

TC..guys….see yaa soon

Luv
