These days, We all are concerned a lot about eating the right food. Starting from the supermarket shelves, we reach out for products labeled “gluten-free” and “all-natural.” etc. Well, When you think that one must eat foods that contain natural ingredients; shouldn’t the same apply to your skincare? Most skincare products available today have parabens in them. Though, cosmetics regulatory has accepted to include parabens in skincare products for many years, recent researches have shown that exposure to parabens may cause reproductive issues, and are also linked to an increased risk of cancer. It’s important to look for skincare that’s free of harmful chemicals, irritants, preservatives, allergens etc.In today’s post I am introducing another fabulous Indian Skincare brand I came across.

There are a lot of beauty brands that claim to be natural when it isn’t. I am very careful in choosing the brands I use for my skincare as well as bath & body. Their wide range of facial serums, hair oils, bathing bars and even baby care are made with sustainable ingredients. It is vegan too. I tried a couple of their products and I really loved them. Some of them I repurchased as well. They have a variety of products ranging from Baby Care to Adult Skincare and Bath. In this review, I will be featuring all the products I tried from Neemli. Some products were tested by my mom. I will make a note under the product header.(more…)
Toners are one of the essential skincare products. Usually water based, helps shrink the appearance of large open pores and thereby cleanse the skin further. It helps restore skin’s pH balance. When it comes to toners, I prefer ones that contain glycolic acid. Pixi Glow Tonic have been my most favorite and one that I’ve been using over so many years now. Recently, I got introduced to a toner from Dr Sheth’s. Well, I was quite surprised to know the ingredient list as well as spot a toner with glycolic acid, niacinamide etc in Indian market.(more…)

You will always end up forgetting some essential product. If it’s a international holiday, You’d also have to take care of the amount of skincare bottles or tubs that you can carry on-board. It should exactly match to that of allowed skincare onboard as per your airline. Having all your skin saviours or favorites in under 100ml for the travel, Often it becomes difficult to pack everything you want.
In this post, I am introducing a skincare set that is perfect for travels. This “Mini Series” of ‘Tier For Teens’ skincare, exclusively made in New Zealand fits your handbag perfectly and these essentials come in generous 50ml bottles that is within airline permissible limits!
Indian skincare market is flooded with products that are formulated, developed and tested in western countries. These countries don’t face the harsh abuse from pollution, heat and the UV that our skins face everyday. For Indian Skin, melanin production is hyperactive because of pollution, dust and UV. Even the luxury skincare brands in India do not specifically cater to issues we deal with
Our Indian Skin tend to produce more quantity of melanin due to the harsh environment that we live in – dust, pollution and UV damage everything takes a toll on our skin. Dr Sheth’s products contain higher quantities of actives which are specially formulated for Indian skin. The ingredients list for these products are really awesome. Especially, the Vitamin C, kojic acid,Vitamin A, hyaluronic acid, Niacinamide etc. I honestly feel this brand’s like ‘The Ordinary’ brand version from India!

A right toner can give your skin a healthy dose of what it needs to look younger, fresher, and smoother, right after cleansing and throughout the day. I like to use a facial toner after cleansing my skin for a variety of uses, ranging from setting makeup to acting as a pre-moisturizer for my skin prior to applying regular moisturizer or lotion. Finding the perfect toner for your skin isn’t easy, mainly because there are so many poorly formulated toners out in the market. Today in this post, I am going to talk about my favorite toner- Trilogy Hydrating Mist Toner
There are two main benefits of facial mist sprays — They’re usually cool and pleasantly fragranced, they can help you feel good. Some sprays are marketed as being able to temporarily give you a dewy glow if your skin is feeling dried, and others designed by cosmetic companies may help set or refresh your makeup. Keep in mind, though, that many of the ingredients added to sprays can’t actually be absorbed by your skin. So, while a mist might set your makeup or brighten your face for a little while, it’s not going to make a lot of physical improvements to your skin. Today, I am reviewing a facial spray from Mario Badescu.
