MEMEBOX SUPERBOX #82 – THE FACE SHOP UNBOXING

I purchased this as part of a value deal with Skinfood box. The Face Shop is a popular brand and when I read about this box first, I had to get it. So lets see what there is!!!


For those of you who don’t know, MEMEBOX is the #1 Korean Beauty subscription service in the world. With their headquarters based in the US and their shipping warehouse still in Korea, they are able to stay on top of the latest Korean beauty trends. Their subscription method is quite unique. Instead of a monthly based purchase, subscribers are informed of themed boxes and they are sold as a one off and as a first serve basis. If you aren’t fast enough, you may lose your chance as boxes sell out quickly. These boxes offer 4-6 full and sampled sized products at a range of $18 – $32 with $6.99 international shipping (they ship to 51 different countries in the world). From January, They have stopped shipping to India. Blame our Indian Customs for imposing duty on these…

I received a total of 6 items and as this is a Superbox, all times are full sized. These products are:

I think memebox gave the wrong booklet. One  I received is a shower cream and not a body milk

Lovely Me:ex Pastel Cushion Blusher, $7

The fur puff that comes with this blush is so damn cute…This blush is beautifully pigmented, buttery satin, with hints of shimmer.

Lovely Me:ex Mini Pet Hand Cream, in Baby Powder, $6

This adorable little pet soften dry, rough hands. Seriously, such an adorable packaging. The little bear guards baby powder scented hand cream that absorbs quickly into the skin without leaving any greasy feeling. Perfect for winters. 
Love Me:ex Dessert Lip Balm, in 03 Honey, $8

A mini jam-like dessert lip balm. I have plenty of lip balms to finish before testing this one here.

Lovely Me:ex You&Eyes 05 Sand Brown, $5

glittery glod in shade & glitter catches the light at all angles. It is buttery soft, and beautifully pigmented.

Overall, total value of products I received in this box is $43, which surpasses the cost of the box, $36, including delivery. Though this is the smallest overall value box I have received, especially in comparison to past memeboxes. This is not my favorite box. I would say this box is okay, not the best, I was expecting more skin care products. I wish memebox included Face Shop’s famous sheet mask or Eye cream .

Now, the saddest part is memebox stopped shipping to India. 🙁  I have few more boxes to review. Will continue reviewing them the coming days.
