A good foundation that suits you perfectly is like your second skin, however, finding the perfect foundation can seem a tedious quest for everyone. But if you do find it, it’s really half the battle won for your makeup. A correct foundation should act well in texture, shade, duration, coverage and so many respects. Today I am reviewing one of the newly launched foundations from Za – Shiseido
Za True White Liquid Foundation – Shade: OC30. Read on to see if it gets a thumbs up from me.

Swatches & my opinion using Za True White Plus Liquid Foundation
I am NC40 in MAC and shade OC30 is a perfect match for my skintone. It is fragrance free. This foundation has a lovely light creamy texture, it’s quite a lot like Bourjois Healthy mix but slightly thinner in consistency than Bourjois. It blends out easily and feels very lightweight. I apply foundation onto my face using Sigma Flat foundation brush and then use my damp beauty blender to apply it evenly. This formulation is very brightening on the skin without being ashy or too pale and surprisingly has a good medium coverage. It has SPF to it. So no to flash photography. Its a great day wear foundation. I set this foundation using MAC studio finishing powder or Ben Nye Banana Powder. I have included swatches and the FOTDs for you to get an understanding of how it looks on my skin. I have not used a concealer under my eyes. You can see the foundation covering up my dark circles as well. This foundation can be layered to get that full coverage. I have a combination skin and this doesn’t made my face look oily. I got a decent wore time of about 7 hours with this. I love this foundation and this has become my perfect day wear foundation these days. I also used Real Techniques Expert Face brush to apply this. That also works great. Only downside I felt is people who are NC42 and above might not find a match for their skintone from this range. If you are NC40 – You can pick the shade OC30.
I have not applied concealer i nthe below FOTDs. You can see how effectively this foundation covers up my dark circles. Pictures are taken without flash.
Overall, a great day wear foundation. Covers up minor blemishes and evens out complexion. gives a wear time of about 7 hours. very hydrating on skin. I wish if they had more shades that’d suit NC42 and above.
