What if somebody steal my credit card/ bank info? What if they send a wrong product/size? What if the product turns out of bad quality? How to get refund/replacement? With stores you don’t have to face such hassles but you certainly can’t overlook the benefits of online shopping and with so many sites with awesome offers which are hard to resist for the shopaholic in me. I ordered these two 2 floral sheets right below. 1000 rs each. Both are double bed spreads with 2 pillow cases. I really like the print and the quality of the sheets. My package was delivered in 3-4 days after shipping- I could track and see the progress of it. The customer care was very responsive and answered all my queries quickly. Package came carefully wrapped and sealed.
They have a good Return policy -Products with a return option can be returned within 15 days. Items should be unused with original packaging, labels if any etc. You can read more about the return policy on their site.
Another advantage is you can use the mobile app to shop. Its interface is super easy to use and is also pleasant to the eyes with its bright and colorful filters and drop down menus. Simply download the LimeRoad app and enjoy and experience an extremely user-friendly portal. It is available as an Android app, Windows app as well as an iOS app.
Overall, a great site to shop with, Only thing that I didn’t like is – on home page it auto loads all user uploaded collections and when you scroll to the bottom to reach the my account section – It takes a bit of time to scroll. There should be a link or any option to select it without having to scroll it all the way down! Also, some products are not delivered to certain pincodes. This can only be checked after you add items to cart and entering the address. There should be an option where you’d check it on browsing the product. Some text box with a label like ” Enter your pin code to see if this items delivers to your area” – Limeroad team should work on these minor changes. Other than that – I found the site pretty decent, reasonably priced products, fast shipping, great customer service. Worth a try. Shopaholics – Are you hhhheaaring me???
