Red is one of the most flattering colors and everyone has a red which suit their skintone. The moment I saw these red colors online, I had to purchase it. While I am not really a big fan of the packaging, colors made me go wowww. Very light-weight texture and it has a creamy matte finish. Like, Literally beautiful colors of red that could very well match brown girls like me. I hate to dip my fingers everytime to get the product. I use my lip brush or spatula and apply it evenly on my lips. No added fragrance. A hint of vanilla and almond is all it has.

A single swipe touch is enough to give your lips an opaque coverage. Doesn’t bleed or dry out lips. Love the color payoff and it sits comfortably on lips without accentuating the liplines. I wouldn’t say it’s transfer proof. But, if bloated well, its sort of long lasting too. It fades off in 4-5 hours leaving a color on lips. On my cheeks, they leave a fabulous flush of color that looks natural.
For testing out it’s longevity, I had a full flat Indian meal and it pretty much stayed well on my lips that I absolutely like. Only Nay factor is the packaging, I don’t like having my fingers dipped to this pot lipstick everytime I need a touch up. I would say these are amazing for the price and worth checking out.
A Shade of Red for Everyone!
- Fonce Red – The Desi Red! A dark maroon red that is universally flattering.
- Amor – The True Red – The Truest Red from Daughter Earth. This one has the most balanced undertones with a creamy-matte texture. Color is buildable and it layers comfortably. One of my favorite.
- Rouge Rose – The Richest. The most pigmented red with cooler undertones for those of us who love deep pigments. Pretty close to the True Red, with a tad cooler tone.
- Terra Rouge – This is a Charmer! Most earthy, nude Red. You can build the pigment into a darker brick red or leave it as a nude red with a single swipe.
