Gerard Cosmetics Haul + My shopping Experience, First Impressions + Shipping to India

Hi beauties, This post is all about my most recent haul. I first heard about Gerard Cosmetics through my Facebook friend Nabamita. Gerard Cosmetics- the brand becoming more and more famous from Youtubers and Instagram beauty gurus. I have also seen some of my favorite bloggers posting reviews of these beauties in Instagram. I never knew that this brand ships to India. In this post, I will be showing you guys my massive haul covering their best lipstick & lipgloss shades . I thought of sharing my shopping experience with the brand.

Gerard Cosmetics “Color Your Smile” lip gloss collection was originally born to compliment its sister line Whitening Lightning (a teeth whitening products line), with the purpose of helping your smile look even more bright and perfect when wearing its special “lighted glosses”. The line has since expanded and there are currently 24 lip gloss shades in the collection, as well as 15 lipstick shades, a signature Highlighter / BB cream and brow palettes.

They frequently post lip combo sales, where you basically can buy bundles of 2, 3,4, 5 and 6 lip glosses/lipsticks. They have FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $75! and they ship worldwide and I just had to order!

I picked the Cinco De Lip Gloss – SALE! (5 lipglosses) – $40 & Lipstick 5 Pack (Choose any 5 lipstick shades) – $95 – I got a discount code from their instagram page Discount (GCDeal45) that waived off $50.00 from my total. I just paid $85 with free shipping for 5 lipglosses and 5 lipsticks ; Yay!! :happy dance

My order was shipped on the same day via Fedex International Mail Service and tracking number was send. I received the package exactly on the 6th working day. One day late as a holiday was in between. No customs was charged as the package was declared a low value. Thanks @Gerard Cosmetics for that. My items came in this bubbel wrapped envelope as shown below.

The package opened to this. sponge wrapped lipsticks. Lip glosses were kept in the envelope. Everything reached safe. No damage/leakage

Look how gorgeous the packaging is. The lipstick bullet is nice and sleek in gold. The lipstick formula is creamy, but matte, not a lot of shine and not super dry too. Now, the glosses… first a bit about the packaging. OMG, I am seeing a similar packaging and features for a lipgloss for the first time. It’s got a mirror on the side, and a light when you open it, so you can literally apply this ANYWHERE, without worrying about it-  making it easy to fix your lips in a dim light areas;  At the movies, at dinner, at the night club whatever, Super cool, isn’t it? The glosses are non sticky, and applies easily. They are pigmented. All the shades appear as how they look in the tubes.

Overall, I’m happy with my purchase and look forward to future orders from this company!
